Who you are dealing with
This store belongs to AMA Regenerative Medicine. Platform Health runs the shop, cart, checkout and accounts for it and is the merchant of record: when you buy from the shop you pay Platform Health, which sells on AMA’s behalf, and Stripe processes the payment.
What you are buying
Medical foods, supplements and programs, which are not medical treatment, a diagnosis or a prescription. The store also lists prescription products, including compounded medications. Nothing in the store recommends a product for you.
Prescription products
Any prescription product, including any compounded medication, is prescribed solely by an independent licensed clinical provider after an online visit, and only if that provider decides it is appropriate for you. AMA does not decide whether you receive it. A prescription product is bought from the independent provider’s service, not from this store: the online visit, the checkout and its terms are theirs, and a licensed pharmacy dispenses and ships what they prescribe.
Compounded medications are not approved by the FDA, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed. A compounding pharmacy being licensed or regulated, including a “503A” pharmacy, does not mean the FDA has approved the medications it compounds.
Orders, shipping and returns
The shop ships within the United States. AMA and the supplier that ships your order are responsible for fulfilment, returns and product warranties.
Who is paid
AMA, and Platform Health, which runs this shop for it, earn money when you buy from the shop. When you start an online visit for a prescription product, the independent provider’s service may also pay Platform Health a referral fee. The independent provider decides on their own whether to prescribe, and whether you buy anything here is up to you.
Subscriptions
Subscription items renew at the interval and price shown on the product page and in your cart, before you check out. You can cancel from your account at any time, under Subscriptions. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund a period that has already begun.

You must be 18 or over.
