Who holds what
This site belongs to AMA Regenerative Medicine. The shop, cart, checkout and accounts are run on its behalf by Platform Health, which holds what they collect. Platform Health is the merchant of record: it sells you what you buy in the shop, and Stripe processes the payment.
A prescription product is different. When you choose to start an online visit, you leave this store for the online visit of an independent licensed clinical provider. The online visit, the health questionnaire, your patient record, the prescription and its checkout all happen there, and are collected by that provider’s service. Its own privacy policy, not this page, governs the health information you give it.
What we collect
Your cart, and the products and quantities in it. At checkout, your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered; you pay on a page run by Stripe, and your card details go to Stripe, never to us. If you make an account, your name, email and a password stored only as a one-way hash, with your order history, saved addresses and subscriptions. You can shop without an account.
We keep sensitive data off the address bar
No health information travels in a link. The store uses cookies to keep your cart, keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice; analytics and page-speed measurement run only if you choose Accept all.
Who we share it with
With AMA, with the supplier that ships your order, with Stripe, and with shipping carriers, as needed to fulfil what you ordered. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
If you have an account, you can delete it from your account page. For anything else, write to privacy@joinplatformhealth.com and we will tell you what is held, correct it if it is wrong, and delete it if you ask, except where the law requires us to keep an order record.
