    A prescription product is prescribed only by an independent licensed clinical provider after an online visit, and only if that provider decides it is appropriate for you.

    Nothing replaces your care

    Tell the prescriber what you already take. Several of these are prescribed off-label, which the product page says plainly, and none of it is a substitute for the doctor you already see.

  • Do I need an appointment?

  • What if the physician says no?
    Then it isn't prescribed. A prescription product is prescribed only if the independent provider decides it is appropriate for you, and nothing is shipped unless it is.
  • Is everything here prescription-only?
    No. The shop carries prescription treatments, which start with an online visit, and medical foods and other items that need no prescription and ship when you order them. Where a treatment is prescribed off-label, its page says so.
  • Why are prices shown as “from”?
    Some prescription treatments are sold as plans, and a treatment often costs less on a longer plan. The figure shown is the entry price, and the treatment's page shows its plans before you pay.
  • Will this replace what my doctor already has me on?
    No. Tell the prescriber everything you currently take — checking for interactions is part of what their review is for. Keep taking what you've been prescribed unless your own doctor says otherwise.
  • Does AMA see my medical information?
    No. The online visit for a prescription product is with the independent provider, and your answers stay with them. AMA does not see them.
