Shipping and Returns
How orders reach you.
Shop orders
The shop ships within the United States. Balencia and the supplier that ships your order are responsible for fulfilment, returns and product warranties; write to Balencia about an order.
Prescription products
A prescription product is shipped by the licensed pharmacy that dispenses it, under the independent provider's terms, not this store's. Ask that provider's service about a prescription order.
In-studio services
Classes, memberships and in-studio sessions are delivered at Suite 209 in Scottsdale. Nothing in that category ships.
