Without it a health platform cannot process cards through Stripe or any tier-1 PSP, cannot advertise on Google or Meta, and cannot ride Visa/Mastercard rails. Every vendor type has its own pathway: 503A/503B for compounding, CLIA for labs, FDA registration + listing for devices, cGMP for supplements. We support all of them; what we do not accept is ambiguity about which one you operate under.
