What this is
Reading isnot treatment.
Everything else on this site is education. This is the one page where you can hand the question to a clinician instead, through Platform Health, which runs the eligibility, the intake, the pharmacy and the account.
Dr. Lufkin is not your treating clinician here, and nothing he publishes is a diagnosis or a prescription.
How it works
Four steps, and any of them can stop.
- 01
Eligibility questionnaire
A structured set of questions about your health history. It takes a few minutes, and it can end in “no”.
- 02
Intake and consents
If you are eligible, you complete a fuller intake and review the consents before anything else happens.
- 03
A licensed clinician reviews it
A clinician licensed in your state decides. Not a form, not an algorithm, and not on request.
- 04
Ongoing care in your account
Orders, prescriptions, messages and billing all live in one account you control, including the option to leave.
Fit
All five exclusions are the platform’s own, published verbatim.
Who it’s for
Adults who want to work with a licensed clinician on metabolic health.
People willing to answer an eligibility questionnaire honestly first.
People physically located in a state where the clinicians are licensed.
Who it’s not for
Anyone in a medical emergency. Call 911.
Anyone looking for a diagnosis from a website. This is not that, and cannot be.
Anyone under 18.
Anyone who wants a specific prescription on request. Eligibility is a clinician’s decision.
Anyone outside the licensed states — check before you start, not after.
Before you start
The next step
This is the page that explains the route. When you are ready, it starts with a few questions.
The questionnaire is free and answering it commits you to nothing. Availability depends on where you are — see the current list of licensed states.
