The questions people actually ask.
Every one of these is answered the same way it would be on the phone. If the answer is no, it says no.
Do I need an appointment?
No. There is no calendar here and nothing to book. A prescription product needs an online visit with an independent licensed clinical provider first, and its page says so. Everything else ships when you order it.
Who decides whether a prescription product is appropriate for me?
Only the independent licensed clinical provider you see in the online visit. That provider decides whether a prescription product is appropriate for you and prescribes it only if it is. Nothing on this site is a recommendation that any product is right for you, and nobody here takes part in that decision.
Can you treat my back pain online?
No. Chiropractic care happens with hands, in a room, and nothing sold here is treatment for an injury or a structural condition. If a disc, a nerve or a joint hurts, you need to be seen in person.
Can anything here be prescribed?
Not by Dr. Abasolo. A Doctor of Chiropractic cannot write prescriptions, and he does not. Any prescription product in the shop, including any compounded medication, is prescribed solely by an independent licensed clinical provider after an online visit, and only if that provider decides it is appropriate for you. Dr. Abasolo does not prescribe it, and neither he nor Beverly Hills Disc and Laser Therapy Center decides whether you receive it.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed. A compounding pharmacy being licensed or regulated, including a “503A” pharmacy, does not mean the medications it compounds are FDA-approved. In this shop a compounded medication is a prescription product: it is prescribed only by an independent licensed clinical provider after an online visit, and only if that provider decides it is appropriate for you.
Is there a video visit?
Not with Dr. Abasolo, and there is nothing to attend in person. A prescription product starts with an online visit with an independent licensed clinical provider, and its page says so before you pay. Everything else ships when you order it.
How does it reach me?
It is posted to you. Every product page states what arrives and what it costs before you click anything.
Where can you send things?
Within the United States. A prescription product can only be prescribed where the independent provider is licensed to prescribe it.
Does anyone here earn money when I buy?
Beverly Hills Disc and Laser Therapy Center, and Platform Health, which runs this shop for it, earn money when you buy from this shop. When you start an online visit for a prescription product, the independent provider’s service may also pay Platform Health a referral fee. The independent provider decides on their own whether to prescribe, and whether you buy anything here is up to you.
Do you take insurance?
No. Everything here is paid directly, and the price is stated before you click.
How do I cancel?
From your account: open Subscriptions and choose Cancel subscription. No phone call, and nobody asks why.
What is "Dr. Abs"?
It is the name on the programs. The business is Beverly Hills Disc and Laser Therapy Center; "Dr. Abs" is what Bryan Abasolo, DC calls his own line of products and programs inside it.
