Clinical services in this program are provided by an independent medical group. The medical group is not owned or controlled by Reno Chiropractic Center or Platform Health and makes all diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing decisions.

I consent to Platform Health collecting the health information I provide to deliver the programs and services I request and to share it with my clinic, Provider, and pharmacy for that purpose. I can withdraw this consent at any time.

Program fee — Included, paid to Reno Chiropractic Center for coaching, education, and support
Medical consultation — set and charged by the independent medical group
Medication — priced by the pharmacy; charged only if prescribed and you choose to fill it

If the clinician decides treatment isn't right for you, you won't be charged for medication.

You can fill any prescription at the pharmacy of your choice.

Your program renews automatically. You will be charged $280.00 every month starting October 31, 2026 until you cancel. Cancel anytime online at your account with the independent medical group.
