Refund Policy

Consultation fees

Your consultation fee is held (not charged) when you submit a prescription request and is only captured when your provider approves your request.

• If approved: the consultation fee is charged in full.
• If denied: the hold is automatically released within 24 hours; no charge appears.
• If more information is requested: the hold remains until decision.

Medication

Medication costs are billed by your selected pharmacy directly. Refund policies for medication are governed by the pharmacy's policies and any applicable state law.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time via your account. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund past months unless required by law.
